A 4-week exclusive program designed to lead you into a deep dive of learning about food, sleep, managing cravings, inspiration, weight loss, and finally how to lose those freshman 15 pounds that never left.

In this 4-week program, you'll receive:

  • Welcome Phone Call
    • We'll discuss your goals, thoughts, challenges, and your WHY.
  • Pantry Makeover List
    • I'll send you a full list of how to Makeover your Pantry for Optimal Success.
  • Monthly Recipe Guide
    • You'll receive a Recipe Guide for the month, included are 4 weeks of Suggested Meals and a Meal Planner.
  • Three Check-Ins per Week
    • I will check in with you three times a week to make sure you are following the program and answer any questions you may have.  Modifications if necessary.
  • Example Workout Program
    • You'll receive an easy to follow workout program that you can do at home.
  • Custom Behavior-Based Goals
  • Post "Habits Changed" phone call to discuss next steps
